Refunds & ReturnsIf you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days from the date of order to inform us of your wish to cancel / return. In the event that the goods have been delivered and you wish to cancel the order you must first inform us of your intention to cancel, then return the goods to:
Change of Mind:Any item returned must be in original condition and is subject to inspection by our suppliers. Any returned items must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
If your order has been dispatched or delivered, however you no longer need it. Our 30 day returns guarantee means you can return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense; original delivery cost is non-refundable.
Note: Our clearance products will be mixture of rolls ends and overstocks. These stocks are sold as seen and available whilst stocks last. They are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Unused PacksIf you have any unused, complete packs remaining after installation, you can return them within 30 days from the delivery date. The items must be unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.Please note: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and the original delivery fee is non-refundable. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Damaged ItemsIf your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and sign for the goods as "damaged." Then, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or request a refund.
If you notice any damage after signing for the delivery, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. We recommend checking your packs upon arrival to prevent any delays with your project.
Providing EvidenceTo process your replacement or refund, you’ll need to provide photos or videos of the damage.Replacements will be dispatched at the next available delivery date.Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Restocking FeePlease note that accepted cancellations may incur a restocking fee (subject to supplier policy), not every product.
