Our Commitment
ATC Flooring Ltd follows the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is committed to stopping slavery and human trafficking in our business. We fully support this law and will not work with any company involved in these illegal practices, directly or indirectly.
Our Policy
This statement is made according to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It applies to ATC Flooring Ltd, which provides flooring, cleaning, and painting services across the UK.
What is Modern Slavery?
Modern slavery includes:
- Human trafficking (moving people against their will for exploitation).
- Forced work through threats or pressure.
- Control by an employer through abuse or threats.
- Treating people like objects to be bought or sold.

Our Supply Chain
We regularly review how we work and check our supply chain to prevent modern slavery. We have zero tolerance for slavery and will not work with any company that supports or takes part in forced labour or human trafficking.

We educate our team about modern slavery and how it affects people worldwide. We encourage everyone to be aware and report any concerns.
Training and Policies
We provide training to help our staff understand and identify modern slavery. Our company policies to prevent modern slavery include:
- Whistleblowing Policy – Encourages staff to report any concerns.
- Supplier Code of Conduct – Sets clear rules for our suppliers.
- Recruitment Policy – Ensures no worker is forced to pay fees or work against their will.
- Fair Pay Commitment – We follow the National Living Wage to ensure fair pay and good working conditions.
We will continue to improve our processes to identify and stop modern slavery in our business and supply chain.
